Avant Garde Maritime Services (Pvt) Ltd.., (AGMS) Knowledge Base Centre provides collections of information resources and services to support all their business partners, clients, agents, representatives with ways to exchange information and data. Sharing Maritime Knowledge will make surveillance cheaper and more effective and it also collects resources covering maritime affairs, shipping and other subjects relevant to the work of the Organization such as e.g. border control, safety and security, fisheries control, customs, environment or defence.
